My name is Pam and I live near South Coast Plaza, in Southern California. As a result of a fender bender our insurance paid out on one of our family cars and I was told to start looking for a vehicle. I wasn't looking prior to that and only figured I wanted a green car that was good on gas. I had been seeing more Jags on the road recently, but knew I would never afford one. I had been aware of House of Luxuries because my family and I had enjoyed eating across the street at the local restaurant for years. I thought there would never be a way I could afford a car sold there, but one day I found myself making a U Turn in front of the place and decided to go see if there was a car they could find for me in my budget. I figured it would be a while so I gave Dave my card and expected to wait a few weeks. To my surprise David kindly offered to take me for a brief tour of the vehicles they had in stock. I felt pretty comfortable with him but still had my guard up because no one is going to "sell" me on anything I don't want. I had in mind the price maximum, and had a color in mind - green, but didn't tell him. As David described the vehicles that were near my preferred price range, he showed me "a car he would put his daughter in if she needed to go to New York from California". I thought it was a nice line, but came to find out he really meant it. I still think it is a nice line. That weekend, I brought a friend who had been in the car business forever with me to take a more serious look at the beautiful green 2003 Jag that seemed to be a really clean low mileage car at the max price I could pay from the tax return and insurance buy out. According to my friend, everything checked out... the car, the price, the honesty and integrity. I recommend anyone purchase a car from House of Luxuries. They are good people running an honest business with good vehicles at a fair price. Don't bother to try to talk them down on a car - they are already giving you a fair price. Oh and the free weekly car washes are awesome!!! Just keep the license plate frame on the car and come back once a week to keep the car lookin' good. The guys at the end of the lot, they drop everything to wash and vacuum my vehicle with out an appointment. They'll do the same for you. FYI, be nice to the guy washing your car and give him a tip. Oh and tell David I sent you, he has a great heart.
